Tranquility Massage
This tranquil and therapeutic massage is tailored to each individual’s needs. It incorporates kneading and effleurage strokes, targeting the top layers of muscles. The pressure can be anywhere from light to firm. This can also be combined with movement of the joints, and light stretching. Along with relieving acute muscle tension, the tranquility massage is incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is a technique that is used to relieve chronic muscle tension. It involves applying sustained pressure with slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. A deep tissue massage uses deep pressure during the whole massage, and can incorporate stretching, and range of movement. Our deep tissue is truly deep tissue. We have specific therapists that specialize and excel in deep tissue, while our massage therapists with a lighter touch do not offer deep tissue.

Prenatal Massage
After your first trimester, prenatal massage is is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. This is a light Swedish massage is performed while a pregnant woman is laying comfortably face up, and face down in our pregnancy pillow. This pillow has a hole with room for the belly. If you would prefer to lay on your side, please mention so in the notes when booking!

Hydrating Body Wrap
A spa treatment to enhance the health and appearance of skin, and relax the body. Deluxe Spa Mud is applied to the limbs and torso. the limbs are wrapped in a plastic film, and the body is wrapped in a sheet and blanket.

This includes a scalp massage along with headache relieving essential oils. It focuses only on head, face, neck and shoulders. These areas can all hold tension, which can cause severe headaches and migraines.

Full Body Hot Stones $20
Hot stones will be massaged all over the body. Hot stones are great for relaxation, and the heat from the stones is good for your tight muscles.
Foot Scrub $12
The foot scrub is a salt scrub massaged onto your feet. The scrub is gently taken off with warm towels, leaving your feet feeling soft and smooth.
Back Scrub $12
The back scrub is a salt scrub is massaged onto your back at the end of the massage. The scrub is removed with relaxing warm towels.
Dry Brushing $15
With using a soft bristled brush, dry brushing assists in the exfoliation of dead skin and encourages new cell renewal. This results in smoother and brighter skin. It also helps improve lymphatic drainage and blood circulation. Dry brushing is known to reduce cellulite, and support muscle tone.
CBD oil $20
Cannabidiol is a naturally occurring cannabinoid constituent of cannabis, derived from hemp, that does not contain THC, and thus is not psychoactive. Unlike marijuana, derived from the cannabis sativa plant and which does contain THC. This is used in massage to reduce inflammation and pain along with anxiety and stress.

Cupping therapy is a modality in which a therapist places special cups, which create suction, onto your skin to promote circulation to the area. This ancient form of alternative medicine can help relieve pain, and inflammation. For this particular add-on the cups will be placed on your specific areas on tension or the cups will be massaged (moving cups) on the area of tension. This depends on your personal needs.
