• Your first appointment must be made online so you can enter the information that we need. All of our availability online is completely accurate.

• We are on the top floor and there is no elevator. If you are not able to manage stairs then unfortunately we cannot accommodate you.

• Please arrive about 5-10 minutes early to first appointment to fill out your medical forms.

• If you are unsure of who to book with, please read everyone’s description on our staff page.

• When booking online, your credit card is no-show protected. This means we only have access to it if you breach our cancellation policy. It is not on file unless you put it on file.

• Only women can receive Brazilians, or any kind of Bikini or butt Waxes! These services are not for men.

• There is a 3.9% card charge, but we do gladly accept cash!

• You will be charged 50% of the service scheduled if you cancel without a 24 hour notice.

• You will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled if you do not show up to your appointment without canceling.

• There is a late fee for waxes, lash lifts, and tints.

• If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment without letting us know, you will be marked as a no-show and charged in full.
