Our policies are not personal! We are simply trying to make a living. The policies are put in place to protect our workers!

Five Senses Massage is a professional establishment with a zero tolerance policy.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your first appointment to allow enough time to fill out a medical intake form.

If you need to cancel or reschedule for a different day, a 24 hour notice MUST be given, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service that you have scheduled. If you fail to show up for your appointment you will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS FOR NO SHOWS OR DAY OF CANCELATIONS. Again, this is NOT personal, and we are not trying to punish you by having this cancellation policy in place.

If you are late for your appointment, your massage or facial time will be cut short. If you are late for your appointment please call or text us so that we do not mark you as a no show. If you are late for a wax, lash lift, or tint, you will be charged a late fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment without making us aware that you are coming, you will be marked as a no show, and charged in full.

Discounts may not be combined with any other discounts.

All sales are final.

Minors must be at least 14 years of age to receive a massage, and have a parent or guardian present to sign a medical release form.

There is an extra charge for credit cards, but we do accept cash.
